Procedures:

  1. The church will provide the main entrée and, most of the time, this will be an item from Evan’s Catering.
  2. For those contributing foods needed for EXPRESS FLEX meals, such as sides, salads, desserts, fruit, dips, spreads, breads, or other food items, please plan to spend approximately $7.00 per person (including your time, gas, and food.) Check the sign-up list for numbers and variety of choices, posted weekly. (You may contribute more than one food item.)
  3. For those not contributing food for EXPRESS FLEX meals, the cost is $7.00 per adult, payable either in advance or on Wednesday nights. (Standing Reservations are already noted for those paying, but if you decide NOT to attend, you will need to delete the reservation on the week you are NOT attending.)
  4. All children eat free with parent contribution (paid parent meals or potluck dish.)  Children may order hot dogs, chips, and applesauce OR partake in the “Express Flex Meal.” Teenagers are expected to eat the adult meals.
  5. Per our figures, if half to 2/3 of our participants pay and 1/3 to half bring (or a little less) we will break even so feel free to FLEX the meal as you wish!
  6. If you reserve and do not show up, we will pack your meal for you and leave it in the refrigerator in Eller Hall for you to pick up and reimburse the church on Thursday or Friday.
  7. Please sign-up online at www.firstprez.com before each Sunday by 2 p.m. so that orders may be given to the caterer promptly.
