Tapestry

Tapestry is a Bible study group for women of all ages. Classes are centered around a specific study guide and several past sessions have used author Beth Moore’s guides to the books of both the Old and New Testaments. Class hours are eclectic. The original Tapestry began and continues as a Bible study on Thursday mornings beginning at 9:30 a.m. Classes are held in the Activity Room. Tapestry expanded to Wednesday Together in 2013, offering a Bible study at 6:00 p.m.
Tapestry will resume January 11. The study continues to be Beth Moore’s “David: Seeking a Heart like His.” God will never give up on you. Explore how David’s life proves this promise to be true. In this examination of the man after God’s own heart, David will delight and disappoint you. You’ll want to be just like him at times and nothing like him at others. If you’ve ever experienced doubts, temptations, losses, family problems, or personal inconsistencies, this study is for you!
This women’s Bible study takes up author Lisa Harper’s look at Mark. This gospel highlights Jesus’ unparalleled spiritual power and authority. We see how the heart of God is moved by the heart of humanity and his response to our loud cry for help. We discover the world-changing result of being recipients of his compassion all the way to the cross.
