Young children learn how special Jesus is and that the Bible tells us about Jesus and God. They learn by repeating the Bible story as well as through crafts, music and listening.

Through music, pantomime, puppetry and art responses, along with a variety of other activities, children will relive and respond to each week’s Bible Story. Children will feel the wonder and love for the One who loves and cares for us, They will feel that they belong to God and are secure in God’s love and care.

Through many great stories of Scripture children will learn about some recurring themes in the Bible (God’s love and care for us, God’s gift of Jesus, our response and thanks to obedience, and so forth). These themes are rooted in the story and lived out in our everyday experiences as children of God. |

Bible Footprints (Kindergarten)

Children will come to know and delight in stories about Jesus and about God’s Old Testament people, they will develop a deeper understanding of who Jesus is and how much he loves us, and they will respond to God (Jesus) with attitudes, actions of love, wonder, trust, obedience, praise and service.
Bible Steps (First Grade)
Room 201
Units include: Thank You God for People, God forgives Adam and Eve, and God Keeps Promises. Children will develop a deeper understanding of who Jesus is and how much he loves us. They will respond to God (Jesus) with attitudes, actions of love, wonder, trust, obedience, praise and service, as they will come to know and delight in stories about Jesus and God's Old Testament people.
Bible Trails
(Second and Third Grade) Room 208
Units will include: God's Promises Come True, Jesus Calls Us to FOllow Him, and Jesus can Do Powerful Things. Children will respond to God through prayer, worship, celebration, wonder, witness, service and creative activities. Students will begin their Sunday morning in the Opening Assembly (Room 203).
Bible Guide
(Fourth and Fifth Grade) Room 203
Through prayer, worship, celebration, wonder, witness, service, and creative activities children will learn more about God. Units include: Jesus Begins His Work, Jesus Teaches about God's Kingdom, Jesus Teaches Us How to Live. Students will being their Sunday morning in the Opening Assembly (Room 203).
Elementary Opening Assembly
